Self Discipline Starts Now


I've been re-writing my book for years. I always start-stop-restart.

I make excuses about not having the time to write.

But 5 weeks ago, I decided to start running. Completely off topic, I know.

3 times a week, I go out and run different combinations for a maximum of thirty minutes.

In those 5 weeks, I've gone from not running, to running 20 minutes without walking. I feel unbelievably proud of that achievement. It's 30 minutes 3 times a week. So why, can't I sit down and write for thirty minutes in an evening?

I have no excuse not to.

So, how about we start writing for 30 minutes in the evening Caroline. This is your dream. Go out and get it. You have a tattoo on your side that states, "Believe In Me." Yet you fail to believe in yourself. It's etched in to your skin.

DO IT!
